Dear Class,

Today you have two options:

A. Write about a career-related website that you enjoy visiting.

You should:
- provide a link
- describe the website (sections, features,etc)
- say how often you visit the site
- explain why you like the site

B. Write about a person/expert on your field that you admire.

Say:
-Who she/he is (Short biography)
-What she/he has done (examples of their work)
-Why you like her/him
-Include his/her image


Don't forget to add comments to at least 3 of your classmates’ blogs

As it's so difficult for me to choose one single expert on my field I admire deeply, I'd write about a career-related website. As I've already told you, www.democracynow.org is one of my favourite websites. Although is not connected with any of my fields (translating nor teaching), I enjoy reading news here because I appreciate the effort of this independent media. Also, I can practice English by reading it and listening to it.
And my second favourite is www.bussu.com where you can learn and/or practice lots of different languages for free!
